| Partner Relationship Management |
 |
|
StoneDonut’s Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system is a web-based application designed to simplify the creation of trading relationships between your customers and suppliers. PRM allows you to automate the configuration process of trading partners within the BizTalk Server system.
You establish the configuration parameters of your enterprise by identifying the ERP system, transaction types, document types, message types, and schemas that your organization uses. You supply a set of login credentials to your prospective trading partner allowing them to log on to the PRM system.
Once logged in, the prospective trading partner uses the Partner Information Center to navigate throughout user-friendly screens to identify and capture the necessary information to conduct electronic commerce. The user may navigate back and forth throughout the Partner Information Center until they have completed the configuration requirements. The PRM identifies any issues and notifies the prospective trading partner of any inconsistencies.
Once the prospective trading partner has completed the configuration information the data is sent to the PRM BizTalk engine where the proper party data, orchestrations, maps, and schemas are prepared for a test environment. The pending trading partner is then notified to send a test document to validate each transaction they choose to implement. Any errors are identified and can be sent back to the pending trading partner for correction or sent to your own IT staff if desired.
Once the tests have passed successfully, the configuration is setup for a production environment and the pending trading partner, salespersons, and customer service personnel are notified when the new trading partner can begin conducting commerce, which is fully configurable.
Alerts and notifications are provided to identify configuration inactivity, trading partner inactivity, system and configuration errors.
Contact sales@stonedonut.com or call (800) 718-4990 for more information on our PRM system.

| The Xecute Delivery Framework |
 |
|
The Xecute Delivery Framework is a unique enterprise architecture matrix that is applied in conjunction with industry best practices. It improves business value through repeatable and successful solution implementations.
Businesses have become increasingly challenged to improve their ability to respond to the rapid changes within their marketplace as well the ability to increase the quality and satisfaction of their customers. Businesses that have not yet begun the obvious task of establishing an on-going transformation practice for their systems will find it difficult if not impossible to compete as market competition expands globally. This will significantly alter the approach businesses take towards their products and services.
Consumers with equal access to the advancements in technology have also created a perpetual cycle of business requirements that must be implemented simply to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. The new business model must be cognizant of the constant advancements within technology. Businesses must align themselves with these advancements in order to maintain their competitive edge.
It is necessary to have a solid strategic and tactical approach towards these business challenges in order to successfully maintain competitive advantage and retain customer loyalty. This approach must also be flexible enough to handle ongoing technological advancements, which may alter or change the approach altogether.
StoneDonut’s Xecute Delivery Framework has been developed to assist strategic architects and tactical solutions implementers in creating low risk, high visibility solutions for today’s business enterprises.

| The (DO)2 Services Library |
 |
|
|
The (DO)2 Service Library is a repository of categorized intellectual property, which is provided to StoneDonut, LLC clients. (DO)2 is an acronym for DODO – Develop Once, Distribute Often.
The concept of (DO)2 is simple:
Reduce the cost of developing intellectual property to our clients by providing stable, proven, reusable services, which provide no competitive advantage to our clients but are still necessary in order to establish a solid foundation of quality services our clients can rely upon to remain agile within their marketplace.
Throughout the history of consulting, developers have walked away with intellectual property created and paid for by their clients in order to simplify the development of their next project. While their intentions may be good, they
could be - in some cases - illegal. Copyright laws for software
tend to favor the author, however, depending upon the contract
and the circumstances surrounding the creation of the software,
the copyright could be owned by the client. Most developers are
never involved in the legal aspects of their work since they are
working for an employer and their contracts usually release them
from all ownership of anything they create on their employer's
behalf. Many employers assign the copyright of the created
software to the client within the contract they create between
each other.
The developer may not realize the impact they could have on utilizing
copyrighted software to save time. Imagine the shock if a CEO were to realize that the comments embedded within the code of their pricing model contained the name or copyright notice of their competitor! The lawsuits could substantially jeopardize their business – all because of the actions of a developer building a service to support their needs.
StoneDonut, LLC has taken a legal approach towards the development of intellectual property for their clients in order to clearly address this issue. StoneDonut considers any work product created during the process of performing services with our clients to be intellectual property. StoneDonut categorizes intellectual property into two distinct types:
Proprietary Services -
Proprietary Services are considered intellectual properties which provide a significant and/or lasting competitive advantage to our client. A legal agreement is made between StoneDonut and the client that Proprietary
Services are the sole ownership of the client and must not be distributed in any form to any other parties.
Non-Proprietary Services -
Non-Proprietary Services are considered intellectual properties which do not provide a significant and/or lasting competitive advantage to our client. A legal agreement is made between StoneDonut and the client that Non-Proprietary
Services are the sole ownership of StoneDonut and may be
distributed in any form to any other parties. Further, the
client retains a royalty-free right to distribute the
intellectual property within the confines of their business and
cannot distribute or resell the property to outside sources.

| These Non-Proprietary Services make up the (DO)2 Services Library, which is provided to our clients as part of our value-added delivery solution. |
